Once you have bought an item from INet Sales Ltd. you will automatically be sent an invoice. This is the total price to pay and includes all packaging, handling and shipping costs. We are a VAT registered company and our prices INCLUDE VAT

We require payment to be made within 24 hours of placing your order. The Sooner we receive payment the sooner we will dispatch your item.
We offer a variety of shipping methods that we feel are suited to the products purchased
Our standard shipping method, which is in many cases free of charge, is the "Hermes" 3/5-day economy service for items up to 15kg. Which is a traceable service. This service is greatly enhanced if you can include a telephone contact number or a "Safe place" to leave the item when entering your order details.
If you are within the UK please allow 7 days before contacting us and always check that you have not been given a card saying delivery was attempted but no one was there to collect.
We also offer an upgradeable service with UK Mail for a "Next working day" timed, or Saturday delivery, if you require this type of upgrade, please contact us so that we can update you with a price
For European deliveries we use a variety of couriers with a general 3 / 5 working day delivery for items up to 30kg, again these services can be upgraded so please contact us to discuss specific requirements

We have vast experience in shipping to overseas destinations, but please appreciate we have little or no control on items being held in customs in territories outside of the UK.

In trying to achieve this, we ask that you use the general terms & conditions as a guide and, in the event that there is anything standing in the way of you being totally satisfied we ask you to contact us and we will do all we can to resolve any problems.

In accordance with distance selling laws you have the right to change your mind and return any item purchased from us for a refund.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange (excluding warranties) you must
(i) Return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
(ii) The Item must be unused.
(iii) In the same condition that you received it.
(iv) In all its original packaging.
We will refund the full cost of the item purchased including the original postage and packing charges, it is however your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping / postage when sending products back.
After 7 days from receiving the item you no longer have the legal right to return it unless there is a fault with the product or there has been a mistake with your order. In this case we will still try to do our utmost to rectify any problems.
We would ask that if there is a problem with what you have received, for whatever reason please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback, as your 100% satisfaction is our target.
