We are happy to combine for cheaper p&p BUT this is not always possible due to the Royal Mail pricing structure within the UK.
UK customers, please note that first and second class (when available) is stated on the auction and that second class is only available up to and including 1kg, as per the Royal Mail.
PLEASE READ THE CONTACT/COMMUNICATION DETAILS BELOW AS THERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CONTACT DETAILS FOR ALL QUESTIONS/QUERIES AS WE THINK COMMUNICATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, WHATEVER IT MAY BE)
COMBINED POSTING/SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE WHENEVER POSSIBLE
Combined p+p (s/h) is based on weight (and in the UK, size too)…As specific amounts are not deducted for each subsequent item won, Ebay will not know how much to deduct, so please wait until you receive an invoice before you pay.
Combined p+p (s/h) is only available, if ALL items are paid for in ONE payment and for items that end within a fourteen day period….However, if you have already won items and are interested in bidding on others that end after the fourteen days, please contact us and we will inform you, if it is ok to wait for payment, until the other auctions have ended
If you are bidding on multiple items, please contact us, when the last auction has ended, so we will be able to invoice you, with combined p+p (s/h) costs if eligible.
If you have already received an invoice and you are bidding on or are interested in bidding on other items, please DO NOT PAY, until ALL the auctions have ended. Once they have done so, please contact us, so we can send you an amended invoice.
Although, we try and dispatch your items in one parcel, we may have to split your items into more than one, due to weight or size restrictions.
Payment is to reach us within seven working days…If for any reason you are unable to pay within this time (for example, you may be on holiday, when the auction ends), please contact us
(PLEASE READ THE CONTACT/COMMUNICATION DETAILS BELOW AS THERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CONTACT DETAILS FOR ALL QUESTIONS/QUERIES)
We only accept Paypal as payment
NON UK CUSTOMERS
We only accept Paypal in pounds sterling (as per the invoice that will be sent to you).
PENDING PAYPAL PAYMENT
If this does not clear, then a NPB will be opened with Ebay…..If you have any problems with Paypal clearing your payment, then please contact us
You will receive acknowledgement of your payment and will be sent details on when your item(s), will be or has been sent, via the Ebay message system.
We dispatch items once a day and within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment…However, there are a few exceptions to this, but you will always be informed via Ebay’s message system.
Weekends – Items cannot be dispatched on Saturdays and of course, on Sundays..Therefore, items paid for on Saturday, will be dispatched on Monday. If it is a bank/public holiday on that day, then it will be the next available day.
Bank/public holidays in the UK – Non UK customers, please note that post offices are shut on these days, so your items will be despatched the next available day
Postal strikes – Unfortunately, this does occur and is beyond everybody’s control
Paypal does not always send payment details immediately and there can be quite a wait for them to do so……Therefore, if you pay for items on Friday and the daily dispatching has already been done, then your parcel will be sent on Monday, or if it is a bank/public holiday, the next available day.
Please bear in mind, that although items are always DESPATCHED when we say they will be, we are not responsible for how long they take to be DELIVERED as that is down to the postal services :)
If the postal services are unable to deliver your parcel and you are unable to collect it from your local sorting office, if they return it to us, we will require you to pay the postage costs again, for us to resend it
It is no problem at all to collect your items…..However, please contact us, so we can arrange a conveniently mutual day and an approximate time…PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP, AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE IN.
QUERIES / QUESTIONS / CONTACT INFORMATION
We think communication is extremely important, so if you have any issues, queries or questions whatsoever, then please contact us first, to be fair to us and to give us a chance to sort things out, in a nice and friendly manner with you.
As Ebay goes through stages of not forwarding messages to buyers and sellers and we do not want you to think we are ignoring you, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with the item number in the subject heading….That way, we will receive your message, know to what item your query refers to and will reply to you directly…If you do not receive a reply within 72 hours, please check your junk mail/spam folders, as we always without fail, reply to all emails.

Return policy details
If you want to return an item, you must follow the procedure as set out below:- Contact us first within seven days of delivery via ‘My Messages’ system on Ebay, or directly, stating the reason why you want to return an item. Do not return items until you have heard from us…We do reply to all emails, but please be patient, as we do take the odd day off and of course, there can be computer/internet problems at times….As Ebay does not always forward on messages and if you do not hear from us within 3 working days (ie excluding weekends), please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, with a note of the item number in the subject line, so we can deal with your email/return more quickly. Ensure that items are wrapped safely, securely and well packaged, to protect them during transit. All items MUST be received in a resaleable condition, MUST be received within fourteen days and as already stated, MUST be wrapped so they are safe, secure and well protected during transit to us. Buyers pay the costs of returning items. Once the item has been safely received, we will contact you and will issue the refund. This will be for the final price of the book, plus p+p you paid to us. We do our best to accurately describe all items, but we are human and as all human beings do in life, we do make the odd mistake from time to time. However, saying this, we will not tolerate buyers abusing the refunds process (eg Buyers that read books and then want to return items to us, treating us as if we were a library) and if we feel that buyers are doing so, we will have no alternative but to ban these members. As we are sure you can understand and appreciate, we are not a library and there must be a legitimate reason, why buyers want to return items We always treat our customers politely and with respect, so if you do want to return an item, please work with us to help you and treat us the same way...We are human beings too.
