Please note that all carriage costs quoted in our listings are for UK Mainland delivery only our couriers and the post office do charge a surcharge for deliveries over water i.e. Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, etc. Also Scottish Highland postcodes

If your delivery postcode is within any of these areas please contact our office before ordering so as we can quote you the correct delivery cost as any orders placed for non UK mainland delivery cannot be accepted unless the carriage costs are agreed.

We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days from your order date, however this is usually next day if order is placed before 2pm.We will email you with the expected deliver date.

Shipping will be by one of our secure Courier Services Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm or First Class Post at our discretion depending upon weight and destination. We do have distribution premises in Essex so collection is also possible with cash by appointment only(please telephone us prior to pick up).

Returns Policy

• We offer a no quibble money back guarantee up to 7 days after the delivery of your order for goods returned in new unused condition in their original packaging.
• If the item(s) ordered are defective/damaged you are entitled to a replacement (if available) or a full refund including delivery charges.
• If the item(s) being returned are not defective then they must be sent back at your own cost.
• We reserve the right to claim or not refund the original carriage cost for goods returned under this policy.
• If you return part of an order that makes your original order under carriage paid value we reserve to right to make a charge for carriage against the balance of the order originally supplied.
