COMBINED POSTAGE & PACKING COST: ~ We always offer combined postage rates and this can be particularly economic for international postage where it will generally save you in excess of £5.00. To get exact rates, please message us.
POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGES: ~ Our charges do include a small amount for packing charges to cover our costs as well as the actual postage. If you are not happy with this please do not bid.
PROOF OF POSTING: ~ We ALWAYS get proof of postage for everything we post. If something is late to arrive then we can send you a copy of the proof of postage if this will help you.
DISPATCH: ~ Please allow FOUR BUSINESS DAYS for us to post out to you ~ we endeavor to post sooner than this, but it is not always possible, particularly if your payment is delayed.
RETURNS POLICY: ~ Sorry, we are simply not a big enough organisation to cope with the overhead and administrative difficulties of returns and would urge you not to bid on any of our items if you are not okay with this.
Please check the size, measurements ~ and anything else which is important to you ~ before you bid. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
If we have made any sort of error with the listing ourselves, then this is a totally different matter and we will of course refund all purchase and postal costs on return of the item.
With returns on buy it now sales, we comply with all the distance seller's legal requirements. Items must be returned within 7 days, unworn & in the same condition in which they were dispatched, with all original tags, packing etc attached. We will refund the cost of auction price. All postage costs are not subject to refund.
