RETURN RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items clearly sold AS-IS with no returns.
- Items that you've had in your possession for 14 days after receiving the item from us.
Items that can be returned, but you will pay return shipping:
- You are dissatisfied, and it is before 14 days since you received the item.
- You ordered the wrong item.
Items that can be returned, and we will pay return shipping:
- Only if it was our error (not as described, sent wrong item, non functional and was advertised as functional).
Fraudulent Return Activity & Item Inspections
- All items returned are inspecting for the reason you are returning. If the reason does not coincide with your reason for return, we will not pay return shipping.
- We log all serial numbers, mark each items specifically before shipping, and have additional photographs of each item. If you return an item that isn't the item we sent, this is fraud, fraud is a crime, and we will prosecute to the fullest.
