You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must email though Ebay messages within 7 days and ensure goods are returned within 14 days after you receive the good. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to Kidzpartyshop @ 18 Highcliffe Rd, Wickford, Essex. SS11 8LB. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. All items that are returned MUST be done so in the original packaging. A refund less the postage costs of the original despatch will be issued upon receipt of the item. Please get some form of proof of posting note as we will require this if a item goes astray. If anything you receive from us is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge or fully refund the cost, reimbursing the postage if we have requested its return. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with anything, you can still return it in unused condition within 14 days for a full refund, although in this case return postage costs are not normally reimbursed. In both cases, before returning anything please contact us through Ebay messages. Please note that we also do not refund postage for items purchased that have been returned by the carriers i.e royal mail to us if customer is absent at the time of attempted delivery or goods not called for.
