Change of Mind / Incorrect Item Purchased
We offer a no questions asked 14 day money back guarantee from date of purchase on ink cartridges and toners providing the product is in the original packaging and no seals have been broken. Any refund offered for this reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover admin and postal charges. The buyer will be liable for all costs of returns and ensuring the product reaches us in order to qualify for a refund/exchange. Please note we cannot refund anything after 14 days have passed.
