TROPHY ENGRAVING PLATES / NAME PLAQUES - ENGRAVED FREE

These are High Quality Self Adhesive Polished Aluminium Trophy plates. They come in a choice of Gold or Silver and are available in various shapes and sizes.

All plates come with free engraving and are suitable for a whole variety of uses.

All our engraving is done using diamond tip cutters on state of the art, computerized machinery, so you are guaranteed workmanship of the highest possible quality.

Please select your metal type, style and size from the buy it now "drop down menu".

Having chosen your plate/s, you need to enter the wording to be engraved, in the PayPal screen.

To do this, select the "Add Instructions to Seller" box on the lower left of the PayPal "Complete Your Payment" page.

Once you have located this area, enter your engraving requirements, before you complete the payment.

When typing your message in PayPal please use a "\" to indicate the end of a line

For example, if you entered: 

Please engrave = CUP FINAL \ WINNERS

We will then engrave it as below, (centralized) on the back of the plate:

If you can't find or if you miss the "Add Instructions to Seller" box, then please use eBay messages or email us at info@engravingvillage.co.uk, to let us know your engraving details. To minimize any possible delay please do this at the same time as completing your payment, and also ensure that the eBay item number is included in the email.

We literally engrave exactly what we are sent, so please remember to thoroughly check all words & spelling, before submitting your engraving requirements. As we cannot accept returns on items that have been incorrectly engraved, if the fault is not with us.

For trophy plates our default font is "Franklin". We use this because all of the alphanumeric's are clear and concise. However if you would like another font then please choose one from those listed below, and let us know your preference when submitting your engraving instructions.

In the unlikely event that you do not require your plate/s engraved, then please advise us, so that we can dispatch your order with the minimum of delay.

• The Postage & Packing cost only covers; stamps, packaging materials and a small handling charge.
  
  
• All UK trophy plate orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.
  
  
• Overseas trophy plate orders are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail.
  
  
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment.
  

• We only accept payment via PayPal, and in Pounds GB Sterling

• Orders are only processed, once payment has cleared.
  
  
• As part of our quality control process, all items are visually inspected before being packaged and dispatched.
  
  
• In the unlikely event that an item proves to be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, then please return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will then (subject to inspection), send a replacement or if a replacement is not available, we will make a full refund.
