Terms & Conditions
1.0 - Payments
All types of credit / debit card will be accepted through our merchant PayPal. Please use PayPal to process payment to us as I do not allow collections of items or payment in cash. You are able to send a postal order directly to us (uncrossed please) or a cheque (payable to Retail Gu Limited) however in the both cases they will need to clear before an item is sent. PayPal is much quicker and safer to use. Any questions on this please ask.
1.1 - Delivery Methods
All items will be sent using Royal Mail where possible. I obtain proof of posting each time for every item. In the event an item cannot be delivered by Royal Mail, they will leave you a calling card. This item will then be taken back to your local sorting office for you to collect or for you to rearrange delivery. Some times we need to use a third party courier, this could be DPD, DHL, UPS or Parcel Force, see details below. Overseas purchases may have a customs charge applied. This is the responsiability of the buyer to pay this and not us (the seller), we also do not lie on the customs form by sending items as gifts. Any questions please ask.
1.2 - Lost / Damaged Items, Making A Claim
In the event an item is not delivered or has gone missing, you are responsable for making a claim with Royal Mail. Royal Mail standard delivery covers items upto the value of 6 x first class stamps. Where possible I always try and offer you the choice of sending the item(s) by recorded means, this will cover the value upto £46 (100 x first class stamps) or the value of the item bought. I will provide you with proof of posting and support you where possible but please note that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 14 working days have passed. Also claims can take upto 4 weeks to resolve.
1.3 - Courier
From time to time some items that I sell are unable to be delivered by Royal Mail. If this is the case I will send items using a courier as they are able to carry heavier items. In some cases a telephone number maybe required to pass onto the courier, please make sure that this information is on your eBay account. You will be e-mail the tracking number(s) for the items you purchased.
1.4 - Description Of Goods
Where possible we try and describe the condition of the goods in the main listing. All items sold are as listed and care should be taken before you purchase an item. Please use the contact seller link to ask any questions about an item, postage or conditions of goods. A refund will only be granted if an item is deemed faulty or significantly not as described. In this case the buyer will have to ship the item back to us and we will refund the costs of the item and postage once inspected. If you have just changed your mind or no longer want the item then NO refund will be offered on posting costs and you will have to ship the item back to us first for a refund. In all events please contact us first BEFORE you return an item.
1.5 - eBay Contract
When bidding on eBay please remember that you are entering into a legal contract to buy an item. In all cases, a non-paying bidder will be reported to eBay, the item will be relisted and fees will be recovered for listing the item.
