Returning Goods for Refund or Exchange The Wireless Lighting Store values your business, and we aim to provide customers with great value products and great service. If you have bought an item and decide you do not like it, or it is the wrong product for your home we offer a 14 day refund period. Please note that we will refund the price paid for the product however this will not cover any postage fees paid for the item or any return postage cost. Items must be returned in unused condition and in unmarked original packaging. If the product is not in re-sellable condition a refund cannot be provided.
