If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return
the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be
returned in it’s original condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You
are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

It's been over
a week and my order's not been delivered. What should I do?
As we process all orders within 24
hours of receipt the delay will most like be with the delivery service we have
used. If the item has been sent with Royal Mail then we ask our customers if
they would mind waiting 10 business days as sometimes the package can be
delayed in the post. It is also worth checking with your Royal Mail delivery
office before contacting us. You should
then contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or a refund if
the item is no longer in stock.
If the package has been sent with a
courier then we are able to track the parcel and find out where it is and arrange
for the package to be redelivered at a more convenient time.
What happens if
I am out when my order is delivered?
If you are out when delivery is
attempted the couriers or postman should leave a card for you detailing the whereabouts
of your parcel.
