In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us through Ebay messaging and we will resolve issues. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion, as long as contact is made within the first fourteen days following purchase. We will not refund carriage charges paid for the return of items without prior agreement with ourselves. Please check our feedback, which bears testament to the emphasis we place on customer service perfection. If you think your product is faulty... Please contact us as soon as possible so we can figure out what the fault might be and if we can easily fix it over the phone (95% of reported faults are from wrongly installed/improperly used equipment) If we find the product to be faulty please return it to the address we give you with the returns number provided. If you have had your product for less than 30 days we will replace with a new like for like product, failing this we will refund you. If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item (excluding those ordered in-store). This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items that due to their nature cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers and periodicals/magazines). Any products returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) are entitled to a refund of the price of the product, if we are informed within 7 days from receipt. Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense. You must contact Customer Services, for a returns number before sending the goods back. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Outside of this DSD if you wish to return your item you may do so by calling us to arrange this first. You will not be refunded any postage fees and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All items must be in an as new condition and not have been used in any way. If the item is returned to us damaged, opened or unsellable we will not refund you any money. To cancel, you can email customer services (sales@tradeworks.tv), call 0191-4871-292 or write to us at Customer Services (see ‘Contact Us’ for details) within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. The item must be repackaged exactly as you received it with all manuals, leads accessories etc. The item must be unused with no marks or damage and it must be able to be resold as new. If these criteria are not met we will return the item to you. If it is returned in A1 - new condition there will not be a problem with a refund. All monies paid are refunded via the payment method you have used. The buyer is responsible for all return shippings costs (we reccomend using a courier or recorded delivery as you will need proof of posting if we do not recieve the item back in the post).
