Great book. My husband is the main cook in this house, and he realised he was not eating enough "greens" because he does not particularly like the taste of "greens" e.g. cabbage, sprouts, etc. So he thought he could mask the taste of them by mixing other ingredients to make a healthier diet for himself and for others. We have been eating Smoothies now for a couple of months at least and by golly they seem to fill your belly in no time. They are pleasant to taste. I am sure it is doing us some good, great book to mix up fruit and vegetables.
