I bought this after hearing rave reviews about it. I love this workout - I get up at 5 every morning (I have four children and not alot of spare time!) to do it. I've been doing it every day now (as well as cardio exercise for 2 hours every day) and I have lost over 2 stone and have really toned up. I love Tracys lack of commentary on the DVD - when you do it every day and know it inside out a load of chat would be very annoying! I couldn't master her dance cardio DVD as the moves were just too difficult so I do a different one. There's no point doing this any less than 4 times a week and ideally a lot more. You've got to be really committed to this and then the results really pay.

The video is good fun and easy to follow, however there are some moves I don't have the physical fitness for but hopefully soon I'll be able to do those if i keep at the video. the DVD was completely new.
I really enjoy using this DVD. i try to do it 3-4 times a week and it's doing the business! I haven't done any measuring or weighing but after 3 weeks I can see the difference
the video is good but not easy to follow but with some new move that help and i couldn't make up on the first morning that i did.
