Our shop is based in Glasgow and we have been operating for over 20 years bringing the best curtain and bedding designs at the lowest prices. All our curtains and bedding are in stock so when you place your order you are sure of a speedy delivery.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.


Please make payment within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in us having to register an 'unpaid item case' simply to claim a refund on our Ebay fees.

Shipping

Depending on the weight of the product, we ship our products using Royal Mail or a courier which include CityLink, Parcelforce and Yodel.

Please note: For curtain poles we only deliver to mainland UK. If you are outwith the UK mainland please contact us for a quote.

Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm. Please inform us of an alternative delivery address if there will be no one at home. Our couriers will make two attempts to delivery your order, after this they will return the order to us. There will be an additional charge to re-send the order to you.

Items are dispatched within 2 working days of a cleared payment (often much quicker) We do not dispatch at the weekend or Bank Holidays and items sent by courier are not delivered at the weekend.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. Returns

We have a no hassle returns policy and you may return your purchase for any reason.

Please include the invoice from in the parcel you received with the goods, or your name and order number.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. All packaging must be returned. Any products not returned with their packaging intact will be refused a refund or replacement.

We will not accept any curtains that have been altered or if the curtain tape has been pulled.

We cannot accept returns due to personal taste or mistakes with incorrect sizes on any cut to order items (net curtains) As these type of orders are unique to your requirements we would be unable to re-sell any cut to order products.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the reasonable cost of return postage which will be a maximum of £6.00.
