If the addresses on your eBay and PayPal accounts are different, we always post to your PayPal address unless we receive other instructions.

All goods are sent either via Royal Mail,Other Courier or Parcelforce 48 (over 2 kg).
Goods will be despatched within 48 hrs of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.
We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, we will refund your entire purchase and shipping in both directions. Please contact us immediately for instructions.
We will process all damage claims with the carrier and may request that you return the item. Please retain original shipping containers and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.

span-trade returns policy is as follows: You have up to 3 days after receipt of your order to initiate or report a return . Your items must reach Us within 7 days from the initiation of the return process. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return. We will then refund your order amount less  the original shipping charges. At span-trade we do not charge restocking fee on items returned for a refund.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, dust bags, documentation, authenticity cards, and any accessories. Do not mark or damage the original manufacturers packaging in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, span-trade reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold the credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
