Returning an item
• I've changed my mind and don’t want the item any more.
o You must notify us of your intent to cancel by either calling 01745 561624 or emailing using the eBay messaging system within 14 days commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.
o Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
o Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
o The item should be returned within 14 days.
o A refund of the original order total, less a handling and administration fee* to cover the cost of the original shipping will be processed however, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. (This fee* will vary, dependant on the size/weight of the original order.)
• I've ordered the wrong item. What shall I do?

• I've received the wrong item. What shall I do?

• For all returns, please include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for return.
• If you do not have a copy of your invoice then please print and enclose a copy of your original PayPal transaction along with the note explaining the reason for return.

• We try to respond to messages within 48 hours, please bear with us as we are getting a lot of messages every day. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 5 days, it means that we have not received your email or our reply has been filtered out by your spam filters. If this happens, please check your spam/bulk/junk mail folders or email us from a different email account.
