Refund will be given if item is not as described provided it is returned in the same condition and in safe packing via registered mail within 14 days. I am not responsible for late deliveries or for any lost items during postal deliveries as I always post via registered mail thus getting a certificate of posting with a registration number which will be quoted to the buyer if requested. Items lost in the mail will not be refunded. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with postage origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Only personal cheques and GB sterling/Euro postal orders are accepted. However, cheques in GB sterling should be of a minimum of £15 due to the local Bank charges. When paying by foreign cheque kindly add one pound sterling or equivalent in Euros to cover part of bank charges. Items will be posted after confirmation that the cheque has been cleared from the bank and such procedure will take a number of days. Pay Pal and bank transfers are accepted for international buyers. I am unable to accept foreign bank cheques Money orders unless they are issued in GBP sterling/Euro due to high Bank charges. It is advisable to send payment by registered mail to ensure delivery.
