The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Return policy details
New and sealed/wrapped/tagged items - may be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition (new and sealed/wrapped/with tags etc.) for a full refund less postage and packing costs. Please email us to request a Returns Authorisation number quoting the item reference, your user ID, date of purchase and reason for requesting the return. We will respond as soon as possible with a Returns Authorisation number and full instructions for the return.
Please note for all returns it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure items are suitably packed and arrive back to us in their original condition. We are unable to accept liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Items damaged during their return transit may not be refunded and may be returned to the buyer. Return costs are non refundable.
Faulty Returns Policy
If you suspect your item has a fault upon receipt please notify us as quickly as possible after opening the item. Please email us to request a Faulty Returns Authorisation number with a full description of the suspected fault. We may request further information regarding the fault and offer remedial advice if available. For all suspected faulty items we reserve the right to request items to be sent back to us at the buyers expense for testing before a replacement or refund is offered. Return costs for faulty items will only be reimbursed if the fault is verified upon inspection, and the cost has been agreed in advance of the return. Full instructions for faulty returns will be issued once we are contacted and the return concession will be advised at this point, before a return is authorised. Additional costs incurred at the buyers discretion over and above those advised at the time of the request (e.g for a tracked service) are non refundable.
Other types of listing
Items such as those listed as open box/Unwrapped/used/seconds or damaged packaging – No returns can be accepted for a change of mind after purchasing these items, if you suspect a fault please refer to our faulty returns policy.
Auction items are sold on an as seen basis and may not be returned. Should you have an issue with an item please contact us and we will do our best to find a resolution.
