For domestic orders we will quickly provide you with prepaid return postage for items to be returned. Once items arrive in our warehouse we will immediately issue an exchange or a refund. NEXT DAY ORDERS Please note the cut off point for a next working day order is 3 PM. Any Next Working Day order received after 3 PM will be shipped the following working day. Please note that by next working day we mean for the item to be shipped on a working day and to arrive the next following working day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. It can take 1-2 working days for your order to arrive so please be mindful of this. A tracking number is provided always. NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER EXPRESS POSTAGE TO NORTH IRELAND, ISLES, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, JERSEY AND THE ISLE OF MAN. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We have shipped thousands of orders overseas with perfect feedback. All orders are covered by our warranty. For international orders please note that we cannot bear the costs of returning any items back to England. We will honour our warranty upon return of the items. Please always make sure you are buying products compatible with your area. Duties and any tax levied will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will be happy to answer any inquiries in that regard. RESTOCKING FEE Please make sure that you are ordering the right cartridges for your printer. If you have any questions about compatibility please contact us before placing an order. Every cartridge that is returned to us goes through an extensive process to check quality standards. For that reason a 20% restocking fee is charged when there is no fault on our part, like ordering the wrong cartridges or a request to cancel an order already shipped. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, most of our orders are shipped the same day. If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to send you a refund, less delivery charges or you may opt to have us re-deliver it to you. If you choose to have it re-delivered, you will be responsible for the return delivery charges. COOLING OFF PERIOD The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow for a cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your order. The cooling off period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Should you wish to exercise this right, first of all we require you to inform us of your intention to return the goods (please call us or email us so that we may expect the goods back) and despatch them back by recorded post to ensure their safe delivery. We cannot be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during return. All postage costs for the return are your responsibility. All goods returned to us should be unopened and resaleable condition. You then have a further 7 calendar days to return the item to us. Once 14 calendar days have elapsed since the receipt of goods these rights will lapse. Where you have exercised your right to cancel and we have received the goods back as above we will refund your money within 7 days. GENERIC LABEL/NO INVOICE ORDERS As a general rule we include a VAT invoice on all our orders.
