What exactly do I get with this purchase?
Unless stated otherwise above, the laptop and a compatible AC adapter. If you're in the UK we'll bundle in a standard UK power lead.
What about a bag for carrying my laptop around?

Are those photos of the actual item I'm buying?
Yes, very rarely will we use stock photography and if we do we will make it clear in the listing.
Does the battery hold a charge?
All batteries sold with or without a laptop are untested and for that reason come without warranty. We cannot guarantee that a battery will hold any charge away from the mains supply. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.
But what does "Holds Charge (Not tested for duration)" mean?
We power on the laptops to check the specs and take photos for the listing, it means that it holds enough charge for this process but because we havent rigorously tested it we can't make any promises regarding its duration.
How soon do I need to make payment?
We prefer instant payment, but we can wait until 3 days after an auction has ended. If for any reason you need longer to pay please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.
When will I receive my item?
If you order (and pay) before 9am GMT Monday-Friday your item will be packaged and delivery will be arranged the same day. For small items this means it will be shipped with Royal Mail before last post of the day as 2nd Class Recorded Signed For. For larger items like laptops it will be picked up the following day by courier. Shipping to UK mainland is usually done through UPS and typically takes 1-2 days from the courier collecting the item. For shipping to Europe we use DHL, TNT, FedEx and ParcelForce and shipping times vary depending on location.
Can I have a Tracking Number?
We include Tracking Numbers for most deliveries, you will be emailed by eBay when we append the number to your order or you can find it on the View Order Details page for your purchase.
Can I collect my item from your shop?
Of course! When checking out just select "Collection" as your delivery method, then let us know (by any of the methods listed to the left under "Contact Us") when you'll be coming by to pick it up.
