The notice of withdrawal from the agreement may be submitted:
• in writing at the address: ul. Obrońców 36, 26-600 Radom
• in an electronic form via e-mail: email@example.com.
The Seller shall be obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s notice of withdrawal from the agreement, reimburse the consumer for all the costs incurred by the latter, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer other than the most economical default delivery standard available in the listing). The Seller shall reimburse the costs using the same method of payment the consumer used, unless the consumer has expilictly given consent to another method of reimbursement and which does not generate any costs for the consumer. If the Seller does not offer to receive the item by itself from the consumer, the Seller may withhold the repayment of the consumer’s costs until the item has been returned or the consumer has provided confirmation that the item has been sent back, whichever event occurs first.
The consumer shall be obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement, return the item to the Seller or to any person authorised by the Seller to receive the item, unless the Seller has offered to receive the item itself. The time limits shall be considered observed if the item is sent back before the time limits expire. The consumer may return the item at the address: ul. Obrońców 36, 26-600 Radom.
The consumer shall be liable for any decrease in value of the item resulting from the use of the item in a manner exceeding the reasonable use necessary to ascertain the nature, features and functions of the item.
Possible costs related to withdrawal by the consumer from the agreement which the consumer shall be obliged to incur:
• if the consumer has chosen a delivery option other than the most economical default delivery standard offered in the listing, the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse the consumer for the additionally incurred costs.
• the consumer shall bear the direct costs of return of the item.
The basis and extent of liability of the Seller towards the Buyer, if the item sold has a physical or legal defects (warranty) shall be defined by generally applicable laws, especially in the Civil Code.
The Seller shall be obliged to provide the Buyer with the item without any defects, subject to defects of which the Seller has informed the Buyer before the conclusion of the sale agreement.
Complaints (including a notification of inconsistency of the item with the sale agreement and making the appropriate reqest for a method of bringing the item into consistency with the sale agreement or making a declaration on reduction of price or withdrawal from the sale agreement) may be submitted by the Buyer eg.

• in an electronic form via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org;
It is recommended to provide by the Buyer in the complaint description: (1) the information and circumnstances concerning the subject of a complaint, in particular the type and the date of inconsistency (defects); (2) the request for a method of bringing the item into consistency with the sale agreement or the declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the sale agreement; and (3) contact details of a person submitting a complaint – it shall facilitate and accelerate the process of reviewing a complaint by the Seller. The requirements specified in the previous sentence have the form of recommendations only and do not affect the effectiveness of a complaint made without the recommended description of a complaint.
The Seller shall respond to the Buyer’s complaint immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Lack of response by the Seller within the given time limits shall mean that the Seller considered the comlpaint justified.
If the Seller’s response to the Buyer’s complaint or the exercise of the Buyer’s rights resulting from inconsistency of the item with the sale agreement (warranty) requires a delivery of the item to the Seller, the Buyer shall provide the item at the address: ul. Obrońców 36, 26-600 Radom at the Seller’s cost. However, if a delivery of the item by the Buyer is impossible or excessively difficult due to the type of the inconsistency, the type of the item or the manner of its assembly, the Buyer shall be obliged, upon prior appointment, to provide the Seller with the item at the place where the item is located.
