Goods Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery. If they are damaged and require a signature by the courier sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon receiving our goods back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, which ever your preference.
1. You may return any items which are damaged or faulty.
2. Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of delivery and have the item returned to us no later than 14 days for a full refund.
3. Afterwards, please re-package the item safely and appropriately for transit and include a note stating the reason for the return.

My Item has not arrived, What Will I Do?
Items rarely disappear in the post system. First thing to do is check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the item for you to collect. Royal mail doesn’t always leave a card informing you that the item is being held for you. Please also check that you have provided us with the correct address.
After checking the above please contact us and one of our office staff will provide all the help you need. Please contact us to see about tracking your item and finding out why your item hasn’t been delivered. Once we know what the problem is we will take steps to amend the problems so that you get your item delivered.
