This product carries a 12 month warranty.

    • Headsets should be expected to be received within 48 hours of despatch.

    • Spares should be expected to be received within 14 days of despatch. 95% of orders are received within 2 – 4 working days.

A. All our grade A headsets are in brand new condition, grade B headsets are used however in excellent condition and fully working order.

Q. Do they come with all of the necessary cables?

A. All our headsets come shipped with the cables and guides as a new headset would.
