If you want to return an item, you must follow the procedure as set out below:-
Contact us first within seven days of delivery via ‘My Messages’ system on Ebay, or directly, stating the reason why you want to return an item.
Do not return items until you have heard from us…We do reply to all emails, but please be patient, as we do take the odd day off and of course, there can be computer/internet problems at times….As Ebay does not always forward on messages and if you do not hear from us within 3 working days (ie excluding weekends), please contact us directly at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, with a note of the item number in the subject line, so we can deal with your email/return more quickly.
Ensure that items are wrapped safely, securely and well packaged, to protect them during transit.
All items MUST be received in a resaleable condition, MUST be received within fourteen days and as already stated, MUST be wrapped so they are safe, secure and well protected during transit to us.
Buyers pay the costs of returning items.
Once the item has been safely received, we will contact you and will issue the refund. This will be for the final price of the book, plus p+p you paid to us.
We do our best to accurately describe all items, but we are human and as all human beings do in life, we do make the odd mistake from time to time. However, saying this, we will not tolerate buyers abusing the refunds process (eg Buyers that read books and then want to return items to us, treating us as if we were a library) and if we feel that buyers are doing so, we will have no alternative but to ban these members. As we are sure you can understand and appreciate, we are not a library and there must be a legitimate reason, why buyers want to return items
