PAYMENTS

To make your purchase from UniQClothing.com as easy as possible we offer a wide range of payment options. Currently we can only accept payments in GBP (Pound Sterling) currency.

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

We accept payments with most major credit or debit cards via our secure online checkout system. You can make payment on our website or via telephone by calling 0845 862 1478. We will only dispatch orders to the cardholders registered address. 

PAYPAL

We accept PayPal payments via our secure checkout system. We will only dispatch orders to the PayPal account holders registered address.

CHEQUES / BANKERS DRAFTS / POSTAL ORDERS / CASH

Unfortunately due to long processing times we do not accept cheques, bankers draft, postal orders or cash payments.

DISPATCH TIMES

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, we always endeavour to dispatch all orders completed by 12pm on the same day excluding weekends and bank holidays (although at times this may not be possible). Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day and orders received after 12pm on Friday or on weekends will be dispatched on Monday.

An email with any applicable tracking reference will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery to UK is usually 3-5 working days (details of exceptions like pre-order items are shown on we will contact you to advise of any exceptions). Delivery with the Express Delivery option is 1-2 working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) - please use this delivery option if you need delivery of your order urgently. A signature is required for most items so please check for 'while you were out' cards left by couriers or contact us if you have not received your order within reasonable time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide. Delivery to European countries is usually 3-7 working days. Delivery to the rest of the world (outside Europe) is usually 5-10 working days.

DELIVERY TERMS

Deliveries will only be sent to the credit/debit card or PayPal account holders registered billing address.

Please note that once an item is dispatched from our warehouse, it is beyond our control, as we rely on third party courier services to deliver your goods on time. Due to this we cannot guarantee delivery times.

OUR NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible and dispatch all orders in perfect condition, but in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return for a free exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt.

Please check your item(s) as soon as received and if you wish to return please open a return request on eBay (you can find the ‘return this item’ option by logging into your eBay account and then click the items ‘Won/Purchased’ link on left side, then scroll to find the transaction, then click the drop down menu on the right side (‘more actions’ below ‘leave feedback’), then select option ‘return this item’). We will respond to return requests within 1 working day, and once we accept you may print the returns form and include it with the returned item. Failure to use the eBay returns process may cause a delay in processing your return. We will send you an email to confirm we have received the item back and we aim to process returns within 5 days. Refunds will be sent via the original payment method.

A full refund (minus any P&P) will be issued provided that the goods are received back in as new condition, with all original packaging and tags in place so it is suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns where the item is not in its original saleable condition. Buyers are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods (we advise that any returns are sent with a recorded and insured postage service).

Our returns policy is within the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations.

INCORRECT ITEMS / FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED

Return postage cost will be refunded when we are at fault or if the goods are proved to have a manufacturing fault in which case we may need your postage receipt. Please check your item(s) as soon as received and return back within 7 days of receipt. Any faulty or damaged goods must be returned and received back before a replacement or refund can be issued.
