Policy and information regarding the right of cancellation and return !

Right of cancellation: You can cancel your contractual declaration within one month in the written form (e.g. letter, email) without stating reasons or by returning the merchandise. At the earliest the time limt begins with the receipt of this policy. To ensure the cancellation time limit the punctual dispatch of the cancellation or the merchandise suffices. The consumer has the right to cancel his/her declaration of intent regarding the conclusion of the contract within one month after receipt of the merchandise. The cancellation does not have to contain justification and is to be declared to the seller in the written form or by returning the merchandise; to ensure the time limit the punctual dispatch suffices 2. The consumer is obligated to return the merchandise in the case of executing his/her right of cancellation if the merchandise can be returned in a package. Costs for return shipment are borne by the consumer in the case of executing the right of cancellation and the order value does not exceed EUR 40 unless the delivered merchandise does not correspond to the merchandise ordered. In the case of an order value exceeding EUR 40 the consumer does not have to bear the costs for return shipment. 3. The consumer must render value replacement for a resulting decline due to a normal use of the merchandise. The consumer may check the merchandise carefully and cautiously. The loss in value which results from use exceeding the clear examination which prevents the merchandise from being sold as "new" must be borne by the consumer. Cancellation consequences: In the case of an effective cancellation the services mutually rendered are to be returned and if applicable profits made (e.g. interest) released. Should you not be able to release the rendered service either completely or partially or only in a declined condition you will have to render value replacement in this respect if applicable. This does not apply in the case of surrendered merchandise if the decline of the merchandise can be solely attributed to its examination - as it would have been possible in a store. Furthermore you can avoid the obligation of value replacement by not using the merchandise as an owner would and by refraining from anything which affects its value. Package-transportable merchandise is to be returned. When returning merchandise in which the order value does not exceed 40 EURO you must bear the costs for return shipment if the delivered merchandise corresponds with the merchandise ordered. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. Non-package transportabel merchandise will be picked up.
