Please get in touch before returning any item or leaving feedback, as many problems can be rectified via email or telephone.
It is essential that you contact us prior to returning any product for a returns authorisation and that you include your contact details with your return.
You should always package returned items well to avoid postal damage.
1. If you change your mind about your purchase you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you placed your order. You are required to return the goods at your own cost and you will receive a refund for the cost of your purchase less our initial postage and packaging costs, this is even the case where an item was sold with free post and packaging as there was still an initial postal and packaging cost to ourselves. The returned goods must be in as supplied, sealed, un-opened, new and unused condition, be resellable and include everything that was originally supplied (user manuals, cables, accessories, packaging etc). A refund will only be issued once we have received the goods as described.
Health and beauty products such as shavers, epilators, trimmers, hair removal and dental products etc are not eligible for our 14 day change of mind policy for hygiene reasons. This type of product once opened or used in any way is non-returnable.
2. If your item is defective we accept returns for refund or replacement within 14 days of your order. In the event that a fault develops after this time you have the specified warranty period from receipt to report it to us and we will offer a repair or exchange unit, whichever is most viable. In some cases a pro-rata refund based on the length of time you have had the item for may be issued. In many cases the manufacturer of a product assumes responsibility for a warranty and if this is the case we will advise you on how to contact the manufacturer for service. If you return a faulty item that proves not to be defective then it will be sent back to you and you will be charged our return postage and packaging costs.
3. If you send back a faulty item within the 14 day period we will pay your return postage on request upto the value of standard Royal Mail 2nd class postage costs (when you post it you should ask the post office for a certificate of posting - they will supply this free of charge). Faulty reported returned items are tested prior to a refund being processed and should they prove not to be faulty we reserve the right to hold the item until we receive payment for return postage to send it back to you. In all cases international postage is not refundable or reimbersable. We cannot accept any liability for items that you return and are lost or mis-laid in the postal system. In the rare event of this happening then it is your responsibilty to investigate it with the relevent postal organisation. In all cases replacements or refunds can only be issued once we have received the returned items. There are no returns accepted for items sold as faulty or for spares or repairs. Such items are always clearly shown in individual listings.
