I got this because I was suffering severe strain in my wrist and shoulder. The pain in my shoulder has disappeared since using this mouse. It may take some time before my wrists recover. We shall see but I do recommend this mouse. Any symptoms of strain will definitely be relieved.

Only basic facilities, no scroll, Right button is uncomfortable to use and does not readily fall under second finger. (Right handed use) These comments would be the reverse for Left Hand use. In my honest opinion, left handers will find it just as difficult to get used to. After a fair trial period, I find my old mouse easier and more comfortable to use. This product has now been discarded.

I've had mine for some seven years (I think, ebay doesn't want to go back that far). I use it daily, originally because of a wrist injury, now because it prefer it. I work online for 4 hrs a day, so it's taken a bit of a pounding. I find it comfortable, the angle being just right for my hand. The ball is easy to use - left handed here - and the buttons are as easy to use as a mouse. It's a little on the big side, no problem for me, and for those that have limited desktop space, it is smaller than a mouse pad. It's gone a bit lumpy with the latest 'upgrade' from Microsoft for Win10, but this has happened before and it tends to resolve itself at the next change. It's a little flimsy so those with children might find it doesn't last as long as mine has. Takes a little getting used to but for me, better than a mouse.Read full review
