Return policy Guarantee: All products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please read and follow the manufacturer's instructions, failure to do so may invalidate your guarantee. If you need to return a faulty item please contact us so as we can arrange the most suitable method of return. Any returned item must be in its original packaging and with all original accessories and instructions. Returning an unwanted item within 7 working days You are welcome to cancel any item ordered from Morecambe Area Divers Limited that you decide not to keep, provided you advise us of the cancellation in writing by post, email or fax within 7 working days (the statutory period) of receipt and return the items within 7 working days of you telling us about the cancellation. Whilst the items are in your possession you must ensure that all reasonable care is taken to ensure they are not damaged in any way. You must return the complete item to us, suitably packed and with all the original manufacturers packaging, instructions and associated parts. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility, if we agree to collect the item we will make a charge for this. Refunds will be made by your original payment method or exceptionally by cheque at our sole discretion. Returning an unwanted item after 7 working days If you wish to return an item after the statutory period but within 30 days of purchase you must contact us in writing by post, email or fax to request a returns authorisation. Items must be returned to us in unused condition with all manufacturers seals intact. In this instance we will not refund any charges made for postage, gift wrapping or the return of the item. The cost of returning an item will be your responsibility, if we agree to collect the item we will make a charge for this. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, if we do so you will be advised of the reason for the charge.
