 This listing includes Three Washers as shown.
Unimat DB 200, SL 1000 or Uni 3 Handwheel washers. These washers are custom made of Delrin .015 thick, .625 Dia with a .2040 hole.
 Made to be installed between the handwheel and casting on the Unimat to greatly reduce friction and galling.
Delrin is a material used for this type of application, "Delrin's low coefficient of friction have made it useful as a bearing-replacement in casters and wheels, to be selected in cases where corrosive environments make a traditional roller or ball bearing impractical."
When installed on the Unimat, the handwheel can be adjusted closer to the casting without the friction normally encountered and also reducing the amount of backlash to almost none.
