Postage Information
Our dispatch time is between 1-2 days (90% of items are dispatched by the next working day). Items will take 1-4 working days AFTER dispatch to reach a UK destination.
Items will take 5-7 working days AFTER dispatch to reach a European destination.
Items will take 7-10 working days AFTER dispatch to reach a destination outside of Europe.
You will get an email on dispatch of your item. If you have not received your item after the time stipulated above following dispatch, please check your local post office depot in the first instance. If it is not there, please contact us asap. If you miss a delivery, your item will be held at the post office for 1 week. It will get sent back to us if it is not collected within the stipulated time. If this does occur, there will be redelivery charge.
We use a combination of couriers and the Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. In the rare event that parcels are lost in the post, we will ask you to complete and sign a denial of receipt claim form, which will be forwarded to Royal Mail to be used as a part of their fraud investigation for the missing parcel. We will only send replacement items out on receipt of the claim form.
