Fabulous Individual Victorian Character stone Chapel and School house for complete renovation. Situated on Anglesey, close to all amenities, ten minutes drive to beautiful coast, mountains always in view. Chapel has beautiful pulpit and interesting plaster work behind. The floor space measures 47' 7" x 29' 2". Not listed so no restrictions. Although mentioned in historical literature. Once owned by the Marquis of Anglesey. Great scope for crafts, studios, workshop cafe, or a great house etc. The rear end of chapel has vestry which has 2 bedrooms, bathroom , kitchen and lounge( which gets a golden glow of sunlight in the evenings ) with Mains water, electricity, tel, mains drainage. Also detached School house which looks like a rustic french farmhouse. This is quite unique, built in the 1860's and has detailed planning permission for a three bedroom house. Good enough as a museum in it's self, the kitchen has it's Victorian range with shelf over. Dumb waiter, which took the food up to the children on the upper floor, 5m x 3.3m. Stable with the wooden stabling still in tact. Nice wonky brick floor, 5m x4.5m. Cart room, originally for the horse carts, this has two large opening wooden doors to the outside, 4.39 x 3.91m. Upstairs the school room runs the whole length of the building. Lovely old sash windows on one side, other side need some restoring. Beautiful big window one end, a lovely light space. Dumb waiter cupboard, lovely beams. The building has been completely re-roofed using authentic old slate. Chimney also been pointed and restored and new guttering fixed. I also have children's school books and many items of interest and some crockery specially made(victorian). Planning includes for a new vehicular access at the front. Also nice  garden with victorian railing at the front and has large bay trees, tree peonies, apricot apple and plum trees, lots of old roses, clematis and wisteria and unusual shrubs. Driveway all the way around the old chapel, a good space.
Walking distance for buses. Trains Bangor for commuting 10=15 minutes. Near A5 for access to Irish ferries. A country road which has had some nice quality houses individually built. Goes on to open countryside. Tel for any inquiries 01545 580893  A great opportunity for a unique individual. £249,995.00
