RETURN & Exchange POLICY:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return within 28 days period for a refund or an exchange upon the following conditions;
All items must be unworn
All items must be in their original packaging
You must include the original invoice.
No returns on Jewelry items
- We will only refund the total value of the goods (excl Shipping cost) for non-faulty items.
- For every order to be returned by the buyer for a refund, we will deduct 3.50 Shipping/handling cost for the first item and £2.0 for every additional item. The balance amount will be refunded.
- Any order to be exchanged or refunded must be sent back as a single/whole order and not partially. If an order is sent back in parts, free post will not be allowed and £3.50 will be deducted on every extra pair sent.

- In order to get the free returns you must use our freepost label and send them back using the post office obtaining a receipt when you do
- Please use the above Exchange-Form which contains a Freepost label to qualify for free returns. You are welcome to send the item back using your own courier but we will not refund the postage.
- £3.50 shipping cost will be charged for the first item and £2 for every additional item
- Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process after you post the goods back to us.
- We cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on an international delivery you will need to pay to return items back to the UK
You may return the goods within 28 days from the invoice date for exchange or refund and the same conditions apply as for domestic orders.

In addition, for a full refund. customers have 24 hours to cancel your purchase once you’ve placed an order. Order cancellations must be made by calling Customer Services 0208 586 8820 quoting your order number within 24 hrs of when the order was placed.
2- Failed Deliveries
If our courier cannot deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to us. You will have up to three weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to contact us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered and will have to pay £3.50 shipping cost for the first item and £2 for every additional item. Otherwise we will refund you for the goods.
3- Return Information:
We inspect all returned items. All returns should be returned with all original packaging and accessories.It is strongly suggested that you insure the product with the shipper of the full price of the item. Damage done to the product being returned by the carrier will be covered by the buyer.
3.1- Please note Unze retail premises do not accept any online order for refund but you can exchange the items from our store/s.
3.2- For a refund, once the goods are accepted back, please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive your return, to process the refund back into your account.
4- Unsuitable goods
If the goods do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the unworn goods to us for a refund minus the shipping/handling charges.
Please securely wrap your parcel and send to the address mentioned in International Returns above.
4.2- Unze London does not pay for return postage, this will be at your own cost. However we might consider the postage only in the case if the goods sent to you were faulty at the first place.
5- How to return Faulty or incorrect goods?
For goods received that are not as ordered or are faulty, please use our free return labels and mention all details in the return form.
6- Terms and Conditions for Returns:
Any claim by you that any shoes, bag or any item is defective or not of satisfactory quality must be notified to us by telephone or letter at your earliest convenient time.
We shall be under no liability, if the defect is arising from willful damage, wear and tear due to negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without approval.
7- Open Item Return
If you return an item that has been opened shows signs of being worn/used, we will issue a partial refund for the product. We are not liable to pay the postage amount incurred while returning the shoes back to us.
