Under the Distance Selling Regulations Perishable/Edible Items are exempt from returns due to health and safety. This includes all homemade cakes and bakery supplies. However if you have any problems with any of these items, please contact me in the first instance, as I will endeavour to sort it out.
All other items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please inform us immediately via the contact the seller link should you experience a problem with your purchase.
All items are returned at the buyers expense and must be unopened in their origional packaging and in a suitable condition for re-sale.
Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a full refund including the origional postage costs. Return cost is to be paid by the buyer (refund of return costs is at my discretion)
DAMAGED ITEM
Occasionally, despite our robust packaging, items do (very rarely) get damaged in transit by Royal Mail. In this instance you will be requested to provide photographs of the damaged item, including any damage sustained to the packaging. Please retain all packaging as this may need to be inspected by Royal Mail as part of the claims process. Once I have received pictures of the damage, I will issue a replacement if the item is in stock, or a refund. If you are not able to provide photographic evidence of the damage, the item must be returned via trackable means to obtain your refund
LOST ITEMS
Royal Mail do not consider anything lost until 15 working days have passed since posting. I always obtain a certificate of posting. All items are sent via 1st class post, so should reach you within a few days. If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact me to advise non-receipt asap. If after 15 working days you stil have not received your item I will issue a refund and commence the claim process. You will be required to complete a form declaring that you have not received your item. This will be forwarded to Royal Mail along with claim form P58. Royal Mail may also contact you regarding the lost item
