  • Q. Can I pay by any other method?
  • A. Sorry we only accept Paypal. We don't accept Cheques, Bank Transfers or Postal Orders unfortunately.
  • Q. Why don't you accept card payments over the phone?
  • A. By using Paypal your purchase is fully protected, however you should be able to use Paypal to pay by credit or debit card without    having a Paypal account
  • Q. Will you accept an offer on the price of the item?
  • A. No, we don’t negotiate on price; we work on a very tight margin to offer the cheapest price possible.

We use the Royal Mail Tracked service for standard and express delivery for items delivered in the UK, and Royal Mail International signed for for items delivered outside the UK. Both services are fully insured and trackable through the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com). The tracking number can also be used with SOME, but not ALL, international postal services. We are happy to send you the tracking number if it is requested through eBay messages.

  • Q. Will you combine UK postage?
  • A. Yes absolutely. Most items can be combined by adding an extra £0.99 for each additional item on top of the initial postage charge. If ebay does not automatically combine postage costs, we will refund the difference within 24 hours of despatch.
  • Q. Will you combine EU / Worldwide postage?
  • A. Yes the postage for additional items is half price for each item. If ebay does not automatically combine postage costs, we will refund the difference within 24 hours of despatch.
  • Q. What about larger UK / EU orders (in excess of 5 pairs), can you send with a fully tracked service at a competitive price?
  • A. Yes, we can send by courier. Please send us a message for a quote BEFORE buying.
  • Q. What are your despatch times?
  • A. Orders are normally despatched within 1 working day. We despatch each working day around 3 pm UK time. If you order after or around this time, your order may be despatched the following day. We do not despatch on a Saturday or Sunday, although you may still receive an email notifying you of despatch on either of these days if your order has been picked and is ready for postage.
  • Q. Do you send a despatch email?
  • A. Once your item has been posted, you should receive an automated email through eBay, to tell you your delivery is in progress. Please check your Spam filter if you do not see your despatch email.
  • Q. Do you automatically send a tracking number?
  • A. Yes, you should receive an automatic email. If you don’t, please contact us and we will provide it for you.
  • Q. What if my "Standard UK delivery" item doesn't turn up within 4 working days of the despatch email?
  • A. If your item does not arrive within 4 working days of your 'despatch' email then please get in touch and we will look into this for you. Please note Royal Mail tracked delivery is normally within 1-2 working days, but Royal Mail DO NOT guarantee it. If you are unavailable to accept the package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office, where you can collect it using the card which should have been posted through the letter box. In the highly unlikely event that you do not receive your goods, a full refund or an exchange will be given within 14 days.
  • Q. What if I paid extra for "Next working day UK delivery" and my item doesn't turn up within 1 working day of the despatch email?
  • A. If your item does not arrive within 1 working day of your 'despatch' email please get in touch and we will look into this for you. If possible please send us a message the day after your anticipated delivery date, as the item may be delivered at any time up to 5.30 pm.
  • Q. What if I really need the item asap and the item hasn’t arrived?
  • A. Please call us on 07779 719217 between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm in order that we can look into this for you.
  • Q. How long does it take to my country?
  • A. Most EU deliveries generally arrive within 7 working days, although occasionally it takes a little longer. Worldwide deliveries generally take 7 - 14 working days, but it can take as long as 21 working days in some cases.

  • A. All you need to do is return the item to the address provided on the enclosed sales invoice. PLEASE NOTE; IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU PUT A COPY OF THE INVOICE IN THE BOX WITH A NOTE OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS, either a refund or exchange.
  • Q. How long does it take for a refund or an exchange item to be sent?
  • A. Normally within 2 working days of the item arriving back with us.
  • Q. Do you have a shop where I can collect from?
  • A. Unfortunately not, we are an online business. We work from secured premises with no facilities for visitors, sorry.
  • Q. Have you got my size?
  • A. Please check the drop down size menu shown on the listing.
  • Q. If I cannot see my size how likely are you to be getting any more?
  • A. If the size is "greyed out" and says "out of stock" next to it then it is out of stock. We update our stock every few days, so please add the item to your watched items and check back within a few days. If the item size is still greyed out after that time it is unlikely we will be getting any more. If the size doesn't appear at all in the drop down menu then we do not have that size and we are unlikely to get it.
  • Q. Can you measure the shoe for me?
  • A Unfortunately, we work from a 30,000 sq ft warehouse and it is impractical for us to pick a shoe and measure it. However most listings will show the measurements you need. Please choose your usual UK or EU size.
