Returns are accepted by prior arrangement. Please call 01924 369000 to speak to our returns department who will issue you a returns authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All unused and unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents. Postage paid to send the item out initially will be deducted from the refund price. The buyer is always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods.
