Please refer to the International Shipping Rates table for the shipping rate to your country and amend the invoice accordingly when checking out. If you do not pay the correct delivery charge your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. The table refers to shipping for tail lights only as indicators and side repeaters are shipped at a standard international charge.
We are not responsible for any customs duty payable for goods delivered to NON EU countries. That is between you and the Customs Office.
All goods require immediate payment through Paypal. Please be aware that eCheque payments are subject to a clearance period by PayPal (up to 14 days) and once the funds have been released to SubZero Automotive then your item/items will be dispatched.
Items are dispatched within 1 working day.
NB Please make sure that your address details are complete and correct when completing the check-out, including a contact number.
Domestic delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (small items) and our selected Courier Service (larger items). Both services require a signature upon delivery. If Royal Mail or our selected Courier Service are unable to deliver your order they will advise you that a delivery attempt had been made and that your parcel will be held at your local Royal Mail / Courier Service Enquiry Office. There will be a phone number you can ring to arrange another delivery or you can go and collect the parcel in person. They will only hold your goods for a maximum of 7 days, after that time they are returned to SubZero Automotive. We reserve the right to charge postage on re-sent items.
International delivery is by Royal Mail International Airmail (small items) and our selected Courier Service (larger items).
Expected Delivery times are 2-5 working days (domestic) and 3-7 working days (international). If your item does not arrive within this time, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
If you reside in an EU country that is not in the list of 'Shipping Destinations' then please contact us for delivery charges.
Postage charges, if applicable, are as stated in the listing details and include insurance.(
Faulty or Damaged Items
We apologise in advance if any item you receive from us is faulty or damaged upon opening.
Damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 working days otherwise no returns will be accepted.
Faulty goods are covered by an exchange policy. The product will be replaced if it is in an 'as new' condition. Returned items must be complete i.e. in original packaging with all accessories. When returning a product, please enclose a copy of your order together with a covering letter stating your returns authorisation number and a daytime and evening contact number.
If the returned product is faulty, it will be replaced at no additional cost to the purchaser. If the item is no longer available a full refund be given. If the product is not faulty it will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. Refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or modified in any way.
Condensation forming inside a light unit is not considered to be a fault by manufacturers, as it is impossible to avoid. See FAQ

within 7 working days of the original delivery date. We require your name, a contact number and the ebay item number of the product in question. You will be assigned a returns authorisation number
which must be clearly marked on the package when returning the item. Do not return goods without including this number as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
The said item must be unused and in its original packaging. Any costs related to returning the item are to be paid by the buyer and a 15% re-stocking fee (min £6.50 - max £15.00) will be incurred on all returned items. The item must reach us within 7 working days of the issuing of the original returns authorisation number. Replacement items will also incur an additional postage charge.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. SubZero Automotive cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit to us.
All lights are covered by a 12 month guarantee and in the event of a problem only the faulty unit must be returned for replacement. It will be inspected and if found to be faulty, it will be replaced at no additional cost to the purchaser. If the product is not faulty it will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. Refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or modified in any way.

Non E-Approved Items
While most of the lights that we sell are e-approved there are some lights that do not carry the E Mark - this is clearly stated on the Ebay listing. Strictly speaking these lights are not legal for use on a public road and any customers buying and fitting such lights assume responsibility for any consequences thereof.
Incorrect Item Received
Although great care is taken with all orders, occasionally mistakes can happen. Please contact us within 3 working days of the order arriving and we will arrange to send the order again. The return of larger items will be handled by courier but in the case of smaller items we request that you return them to us by post (Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded) for which you will be fully refunded.
