However, please bear in mind that, while we do everything in our power to get your package to you on time, certain things sometimes remain out of our control. Sometimes items get lost or stolen. This is something we are not liable for. So if you feel for any reason that your item might not reach you, we suggest you purchase Registered post and you will be provided with a tracking information once your item is posted. We charge a one off Registered post fee as set by the Postal Service, no matter how many items you buy. Ask us for price on Registered Post.

TERMS OF SALE
For all Australian sales we accept Bank Deposit and PayPal as methods of payment. For all International sales we only offer PayPal as method of payment. You can rest assured that once your payment has cleared your item will be custom made to order and we will post the item to you in the size and colour requested. Our reputation is much too important to us to besmirch it for any reason so if you have any concerns about your purchase,  please contact us before getting hot headed and leaving negative feedback as it solves nothing. Regarding processing of items. We allow up to 48hours to process orders.  This is for production time and purchasers of multiple items who combine shipping. Don't forget all our items are custom made to order, so there is limitation depending on the amount of orders dealt with at the time. Orders are processed and shipped daily.

We welcome International Buyers. However, due to the unavailability of Tracking and Delivery Confirmation for standard International shipping, we cannot guarantee the shipment's arrival, unless you pay for Registered Post, then we can provide tracking information. Please request it at checkout.  If you accept these terms we welcome your business.  Both national and international purchases are manually marked as shipped through the eBay system.
