Once your item has been dispatched customers will be sent a confirmation email to the email address registered on Ebay. For tracking numbers, please message our customer service team through the Ebay messaging portal and you should receive a reply within 24 hours.
Although 99% of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, as with any delivery service, occasional unforeseen circumstances may delay the receipt of your order so please allow at least 3 days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email before contacting us.
Please make sure you check your shipping address on your Ebay checkout as we will ONLY ship to this address.
We would be grateful if, when entering your DSRs for feedback, you would bear in mind that Dispatch time is how quickly Vibox ship your item out and delivery time is how long the courier takes to get your item to you. Whilst we do everything we can to dispatch your item on time we have no control over the couriers' delivery times and must place our trust in their promise to deliver.
Here at Vibox, we understand all our customers want the peace of mind that in the event of you experiencing a problem with your PC, you’re covered for repair. As a result, all our systems come with a MINIMUM, 1 year standard return to base warranty!!!***The 1 year standard warranty covers you for all necessary labour costs, replacement of faulty parts (if required*), unlimited technical advise support and a 90 day FREE collection and return service from the date of delivery (only for UK customers).**
We do offer extended warranties which you can upgrade to by clicking on the relevant link inside the listing.
* Over clocking by the customer, system modifications or removal of any serial numbers will void the warranty. Operating systems and software are NOT covered by the warranty. If the problem is found to be caused through either software, user error or accidental damage, then the repair will NOT be covered by the warranty and a return cost of £5.99 will apply to mainland UK customers (excluding Scottish highlands) and considerably more for customers outside mainland UK.
**In the event that something does go wrong during your warranty period, but this occurs outside your free UK collection & return window, you can either pay us a collection fee of £12.99 or return the system to us at your own cost and we will carry out the necessary repairs or return the faulty component to the manufacturer if needed, and then charge a one off fee of £5.99 for the return of your system. For customers outside the UK you can return the faulty system at your own cost and once repaired we will contact you with a re-delivery quote.
***If a customer decides to have the order returned for any reason other than because of a fault (I.E. change of mind etc) they can do this within the first 7 days after delivery, however they will have to return it at their own cost or they can pay a fee of £12.99 for us to collect the item from them. There is a further charge of £15.99 for the initial delivery cost and labour costs incurred. If being returned for a refund then these charges will be deducted from the refund given. The returned order MUST be unused and still be in a new, re-sellable condition otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Return policy details
Your Right of Cancellation. The right of cancellation is governed by the "Distance Selling Regulations 2000" which can be read here. 6.1. You have the right to cancel the contract from the date the order was placed and up to seven working days after delivery, (beginning the day after delivery). The goods must be unopened and in a perfect resellable condition. Goods made to the buyers chosen specification (i.e. custom built) as described in section 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 cannot be returned under the 7 working day "cooling off period". Please see 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for further information. 6.2. Once you have notified the seller that you are cancelling the contract, the seller will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods excluding any direct charges incurred by the seller. 6.3. Refunds cannot be given for any software purchased that has been opened (i.e. seal or outer packaging removed) or activated, as activated software is tied to the user and computer used to activate it. Providing the operating system (i.e. Windows XP) has not been activated, a refund will be issued for the operating system on cancelling the contract. Please see section 13d of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for further information. 6.4. The Buyer has a duty of care, under these terms, to take care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new, by the Seller. The Seller will claim, from the Buyer, for the resulting loss in value for goods not kept so that they may be sold again as new. The Buyer must make the goods freely available at the original delivery address, to the Seller or his agent, within 21 days of cancellation, for collection on a working day. 6.5. In rare circumstances and subject to the ultimate discretion of the seller, the company may issue a part or full refund even if the company is complying with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, for the convenience and well-being of the customer. 6.6. If you wish to cancel an order for a computer that has been built and/or tested but not yet dispatched, a cancellation charge of £30 + VAT will apply. This is to cover the costs incurred by us processing your order. If the order has already been dispatched then a 15% restocking fee or a £30 charge (whichever is greater) will apply. 6.7. Any orders that are returned within the 7 working day cooling off period will be subject to the costs of recovering the goods. This includes but not limited to the cost of packaging the goods, delivering the goods, collecting the goods and other recovery costs.
