- VINTAGE DANSETTE "CAPRI" RECORD PLAYER IN BLUE

- SERVICED AND IN FULL WORKING ORDER - 1960's

Here we have a stunning 1960's piece of british design, an iconic Dansette "CAPRI" record player!  This fantastic Dansette Capri has been fully serviced.

This stunning  "CAPRI" auto change record player was 
produced in the 1960s by "DANSETTE"
.  This player is synonymous with the swinging sixties and reflects the era perfectly. The player is in classic Navy Blue with psychedelic inner lid design and is in ORIGINAL CONDITION, it has been
 fully serviced and works perfectly.  Combined with
 a stunning off white vertical lined front loudspeaker panel, complete with Dansette on/off volume and tone control knobs, black Dansette logo and power indicator which lights up when the player is on, this looks stunning.  

This model has a valve amplifier which gives an authentic, rich 1960s sound and is perfect working order. The sound and is excellent after it's service.   The player is loud with excellent tone variation. 

The 4 speed BSR deck auto-changer plays at speeds 16, 33, 45 and 78 (Singles/LP'S/78'S) manually and automatically.  Eight records can be stacked for automatic operation with perfect function, the records drop correctly and the pick up arm selects start with precision. 
The turntable, motor and all mechanisms have all been fully serviced, oiled and adjusted for correct operation.  Any faulty parts have been replaced with new on the player to ensure years of trouble free use.  It has been fitted with a new, correctly fused 3 amp plug in keeping with modern safety standards.  I have also fitted a new Turnover cartridge and stylus for optimum sound quality!

The overall condition is excellent with any wear minimal  Other than this it is in great shape for a player nearly 50 years old!  This stunning piece of audio would look great in any setting modern or retro and warrants pride of place in any room.    Overall it looks fantastic! The photos speak for themselves!  
 We have 40 years experience with vintage players and this is a fantastic 1960s example, so don't miss it!
