Auction Sales Policy: Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 2 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 4 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed at the seller's sole discretion.
Limited Warranty: Unless otherwise indicated, all items are sold with a warranty coverage of 14 days starting from the day you receive your purchase. Items are guaranteed to be as described, free of any functional defects and operate properly, unless otherwise noted in the description. We guarantee that the item will function as designed and/or described. We DO NOT guarantee any item to perform beyond its original design or intention. THE BUYER is responsible to evaluate, research and determine if an item will meet their needs, expectations, or requirements prior to purchasing it. Minor cosmetic flaws that have no effect on a item's operation are not considered reasonable cause for return or refund. Items offered for sale on a AS-IS basis will be noted in the item description and are not covered by any warranty. THE BUYER assumes responsibility for any costs incurred to repair or restore items purchased AS-IS.
Shipping Details: All shipping originates from U.S.A. 14468 zip code. Shipment will be either UPS, FedEx or USPS, depending on weight and size and carrier will be at our discretion. Most larger items will ship FedEx ground service. Orders are generally shipped within (2) days of received payment. Package tracking number will be emailed to the winning bidder.
International and Overseas buyers - will receive a US Postal Service Customs Declaration Form Number to assist in tracing their shipment through their country's customs and postal system. (Please Note: on-line package tracking is not available for international shipments). All Customs Fees, Duty, Import Taxes are to be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the item.
Payment Details: eBay Payments - PayPal - Most Major Credit/Debit Cards are Accepted via PayPal Secure Check-out. Other Payment Options are Available
Returns: In the unlikely event that an item needs to be returned, the buyer must present a request in writing via the eBay (contact seller) message system and include a detailed description of the defect present. The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The buyer is required to retain all box and packaging materials for inspection should an insurance claim for shipping damages be requested. All returns must be pre-approved by "Genesee Valley Sales". We will try to assist you with any technical problems that may arise. After we have determined that a defect exists we will approve that the item be returned for a refund, or exchange. Any item retuned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. A refund will be processed provided that the item being returned includes all original items, in undamaged, re-saleable condition and contains all original packaging, including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software products are not refundable Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
End of Auction Contact: The winning bidder will receive an "eBay End of Auction" invoice email. Click on the payment link and follow the payment instructions. Once payment is received, we will ship product (usually within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays).
Feedback Policy: We believe that a transaction is not complete until the customer has received the item, they are pleased with their purchase and have responded with positive feedback. We encourage you to leave us positive feedback after we have met or exceeded your expectations. We will always respond with a positive feedback comment for you, our customer.
