part of the training focuses on the design and cut software included in
the package, helping you understand and use all the available tools to
create professional designs for your customers. We then show you how to
send images you have designed to the cutter and cut in the most
efficient way saving you money in materials. Advise will be given on how
to take images from the internet or a scanned image and with a click of
a button turn it into a cuttable format so your ready to cut straight
away saving you hours of redesigning and tracing logos or images.
HANDS ON TRAINING
we tailor make the training to suit the customer whatever your new
venture may be, for example if you buy the package intending to
manufacture signs and vehicle graphics we concentrate on showing you how
to transfer sticker or decals, weeding vinyls, application
to sub-straight or vehicles, multi colour design and layering and
complicated sign work. Or if you buy a t-shirt package package training
on how to cut, weed, transfer, pressing and layering will be given.

YOU TAKE OVER
its your turn we let you take over and complete your own project from
start to finish. With us in the background we let you design, cut,
weed, transfer and and apply your own design so you are confident when
you get home you can operate everything. The 2 most important things are
you are welcome to stay as long as you need until you feel ready to do
everything confidently and once home if you have any questions what so
ever you have a full 12mths support in all aspects of the package you
choose. 90% of people we have sold these packages to have
no experience what so ever and leave ready to start work, The key
aspect about the whole thing is, no matter what your age or abilities,
anyone can do it. No computer experience is necessary and no prior sign
making practice is required.
Information and advise will be given where to get all the supplies
you may need in the future that you cant get from us, items like sheet
materials, profile cut sign boards, A-boards, shoebox lid signs, printed
images, light boxes, totem signs and banners all things
a professional sign maker will need to get his or her hands on at some
point. A full list of our suppliers that we use ourselves will be given
to you for the consumables you may need.

Collection of all Packages is preferred as giving you the
training when you collect is the best way of showing you everything in
detail, but if we are too far away for you to collect in person we can
arrange delivery by one of our delivery services and give a on-line /
telephone basic training session but obviously for a more in depth
training session the collection option would be best.

addresses MUST be correct on your paypal account, otherwise your item/s

be aware that we do not refund any postage costs if you decide you no
longer want the item or you have chosen the wrong colour. we will only
refund postage if we have sent the wrong item, a restocking charge of
20% may be applied if item was sent with free postage.
items returned due to incorrect address or failure to be collected from
the sorting office will not be resent free of charge.

working days, however this can sometimes take longer so please be

product, you may return the item for either a refund, or exchange.
However you must contact us first before this can be authorised.
we cannot refund items if they are returned damaged or have been part
used so please make sure you check your entire order before you start
hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Please bear this in mind when
asking questions, as they will only be answered during working time
enquiries and orders taken late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be
replied to or shipped out on the Monday, although occasionally we may
reply to emails on the weekend.
