 Please look at our shipping charges carefully.  We have a well earned reputation for our quality and speed of packing and shipping but this does cost money, and our charges include all necessary materials to facilitate this.  Other costs must also include a labour element and transport to the post office.  If you consider our charges unacceptable, you are more than welcome to collect from our shop, you may find something else to interest you.

We obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting. The Certificate of Posting covers items up to £46. Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or other services can be made available although at additional cost.

Please e-mail us before dispatch for a quotation if you wish to use any other services than the normal postal services.

We will aim to dispatch your order on the same day if payment is received before 3pm, Monday to Friday.  If payment is received after 3pm or at the weekend, we will dispatch your order on the next working day.

PLEASE NOTE we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
