	Postal Orders: Please ensure that all postal orders are sent by Recorded or Special Delivery as to avoid risking them being lost.

Payments by postal oprder or cheques must be received within 7 days of purchase. Non-payment means we will have no choice but to open an unpaid item dispute to recover eBay fees incurred at the point of sale.
Where applicable overseas payments are to be made with PayPal only.
We carry a 7-day 'No questions asked' refund guarantee. To qualify for this all items bought must be return in the exact new and sealed condition they were received in. If an item has been opened it will automatically be returned to the buyer. Postage costs are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective item. The maximum postage we will cover is £4 in total regardless of number of items purchased.

We only send overseas stated on the listing and option for overseas is shown in the eBay postal option.
Postage and Packaging costs are non-negotiable and non-refundable, unless we are refunding in FULL for an item that is lost in post or that is faulty or damaged.
In the unlikely event that a problem arises, please do not hesitate to contact us through the eBay system or directly on 0845 269 4263 on weekdays between 9:30am and 5pm. We usually take care of any problems within 12 hours of contact (except weekends when we are closed).
If an item is lost in the post with Royal Mail we will not be in any position to take any action before 15 working days (3 weeks) have elapsed from the expected date of dispatch.
