Retro Styler Ltd was formed in October 2009 and consists of this eBay Store, along with our other Marketplace Stores and own main 'Retro Styler' website (As indexed on Google).



The idea for our 'All Retro' store was first conceived earlier in the year whilst we were shopping around for our own retro goodies (Did we forget to mention that we LOVE anything retro!). Over time we have got to know many different retro shops on the web, some selling retro clothes, others that sell only retro sweets etc, but we were yet to come across a 'Retro Superstore' - a one-stop-shop where we could go for all of our retro products.

UK Shipping

We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all products delivered to mainland UK. Packages are shipped by Royal Mail Second Class; this usually takes 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. If you need your item sooner you can choose to pay a little extra for our Royal Mail First Class service; this usually takes 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch.

If you need something in a bit of a hurry we can arrange a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - Before 1pm (If orders are placed before 3.30 pm)

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide, including America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, China, Japan and all countries within the European Union. If you are unsure if we can deliver to you please check the shipping information on the individual listing.

All retro lighters must be sent by surface mail and so may take considerably longer (due to international shipping laws)

How to Return a Product

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Returning a product is nice and simple and we have created a 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products in appropriate circumstances. 


To return a product simply pop it in the post along with a brief note including your item/ order number and instructions to our returns department, informing us whether you would like a refund or replacement. Be sure to send it by recorded delivery (the orange sticker from the post office) and addressed to 13 Bron Wern, Llanddulas, Conwy. LL22 8JD. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product that you have received is faulty or damaged in any way please accept our sincere apologies for your inconvenience. Under these circumstances please follow the above procedure for a full refund or exchange.


If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund all delivery charges incurred.
