By bidding/buying our items you are accepting our Terms and Conditions as set out below.
We only sell brand new items.
The vast majority of our orders are dispatched the same day they are placed, this is not guaranteed as we cannot forsee every eventuality and sometimes there may be delays. Most items are sent Royal Mail 1st class which means you should get them within a couple of days, free delivery items go via Collect+ 3-5 working day service and other heavy items usually go with City link on a two days service. Tracking numbers are available and for courier and collect+ shipping, we always get proof of posting for 1st class mail.
Shipping times are given in good faith and once we have sent the item we are not responsible for the length of time it takes to get to you.
ITEMS LOST IN THE POST
This is quite rare but now and again a item may get "lost in the post". We usually post out within 24 hours of cleared payment. In the rare event that your item has not arrived within 10 business days then please let us know. Any loss is due to Royal Mail and not failure on our part.
We may ask you to sign a declaration form as proof of non-delivery before we can process a refund and make any claim from Royal Mail.
Under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel any order purchased online within 7 days from the day after delivery. Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of the day you receive the goods. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were sent out, a refund will be organised. The cost of returning the item to us is not eligible for a refund.
We will use your contact email to send you marketing emails, we will never sell or otherwise disclose your details to third parties and we dont send out many emails - maybe once a month, we dont like spam either! If you dont wish to receive these emails you only need to send an email to use with the word REMOVE in the subject and we will do the rest.
We leave feedback for all transactions, we dont expect you to leave feedback first. We dont necessarily leave feedback the same day of the order but tend to leave it in batches so if its been a few days dont worry about it, we WILL get to you soon.

If you have any problems after you have received your goods please contact us using the eBay messaging system before leaving negative feedback, as we are here to help as much as we possibly can and if possible will rectify any problems.
No further assistance will be given to any buyer leaving neutral or negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to rectify any problems.
