We accept the return of our goods within 7 days from receipt in their original box with all paper & tags attached unworn. We complete a visual inspection of every item sold prior to dispatch, but in the unlikely event of a fault, wrong size or colour received then we will aim to provide a replacement were possible and reimburse the return postage costs. If an exchange is unavailable or not wanted then we will also refund the Buy it now/Auction price & original postage costs. For items which have been purchased and are the wrong size/fit, the customer is liable for the return postage costs for an exchange/refund for shoes/item only where our free postage promotion is not in place. In periods of a free postage promotion then the full refund is given. If the customer requests an exchange, they will have to cover the additonal postage costs of £4.95 for item being returned using next day service by Courier or first class recorded signed-for. We cannot accept responsibility for loss when returniing items to us, so you must send them adequately insured. Above all else our aim is to keep our customers happy and the process to a minimum.
