collectors please note, there may be some shipping or storage wear (crease, bends) to the outer Packaging, card or box on action figures or statues and busts as these items are often manufactured in China, shipped to the United States in bulk, and then finally imported from the United States to the UK. This journey can cause minor wear to the packaging. By clicking the 'buy now' you confirm that you accept the card condition as is. Items will not later be discounted or accepted for return due to 'imperfections or minor damage' to the outer packaging.
Unless specified, photo's shown are often examples of the item and not necessarily the actual item, buyers should not assume the exact item in the picture is the one they will receive. If You are a Collector and want the the packages in mint condition please contact us before hand and we can let you and know the condition and send pictures of the items you require

Dispatch times: Items are shipped within Two working days. Please consider this before you buy the item. If you do need it shipped same day please let Us know and we will Let you know if this is possible.

Non-delivery of item: It is the buyers responsibility to accept delivery of the item or to collect from a local depot if they are not in at the time of delivery. If an item is returned to us due to a buyer 'not collecting' their item from a depot any additional postage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer regardless of whether the courier left a 'card' or not. Please also note, in the UK the Royal Mail does not class parcels as missing until after 20 Working days (monday - Friday) after day of postgae, and it is not uncommon for items to still be delivered within this time period. In the rare event of an item not being delivered at all, a claim or refund by the buyer will Not Be albe to be processed until after the 20 working days time period has lapsed.

Customs charges: In some international countries customs may stop your parcel for purposes of charging excise duty or import taxes to your item. International buyers should always check with their local customs office for delayed parcels as in almost all cases this is where they are. Any additional custom charges for international buyers are the full responsibility of the buyer.


Busts and statues, while listed as new, may be opened for inspection or testing (of light up displays) before being despatched. This is because on some rare occasions it is possible for these types of items to arrive with flaws, damage, or light up displays that fail. Although statues and busts may be listed as new they may be opened for inspection prior to shipping to avoid later disappointment or customer returns.

Paintwork on figures, busts, and statues may vary in quality on some items and is often hand done by the manufacturers. On rare occasions there may be minor paint flaws on items. This is part of the manufacturing process and it is not considered a fault on the item. We do not return or exchange these items for customers that would prefer 'different' paintwork on the item. Due to having a large amount of items in storage we also do not inspect items individual paintwork before sending them out. Likewise, many of the products we sell are individually hand painted in the same countries. This kind of paintwork varies and no two of an item are the same, and it is not uncommon to see minor 'flaws' in hand done paintwork. Manufacturers, distributors, and ourselves, do not accept this as a reason for a return. All items of this nature are bought as is and we ask that when the buyer clicks the buy now they accept the manufacturers paintwork as it is.
