Returns & exchanges accepted from EU countries on 'Buy It Now' items only, not auction listings. We accept returns or exchanges from EU countries providing the following conditions are met: • Return requests must be made using Ebay’s returns procedure. Exchange requests should be made through Ebay’s messaging system. Exchange requests to be delivered within the UK will be charged at a standard rate of £3.00. International items will be charged at the same rate originally charged. • EU buyers have 7 working days from the day after receiving their item to request a return and receive a full refund. Refunds outside this timeframe will be at our discretion • Buyers have a duty of care whilst the item is in their possession. Labels must not be removed and footwear must be tried on a soft surface only, so as not to damage the soles. Items must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition, with all the original labels and packaging intact • Buyers will need to pay any additional postage costs incurred • Buyers are responsible for the item until it is received by ourselves. We recommend that all items are returned to us using a suitable tracked and insured service, in case of loss or damage in the post. Low cost courier services can be found on the internet in addition to the services offered by Royal Mail at Post Offices.
